These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ticket-availability alert service operated by Bonding Ticket Alert (the “Service”). By requesting or receiving alerts, you agree to these terms.
Service description
The Service checks a publicly available event page for a change in ticket availability and may send an email or SMS alert containing a link to a third-party ticketing page. The Service does not sell tickets, reserve seats, guarantee availability, or complete purchases.
SMS Terms
The Bonding Ticket Alert SMS program provides requested ticket-availability notifications. By providing your mobile number and explicitly asking to receive an alert, you consent to receive automated informational text messages from Bonding Ticket Alert at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies. This temporary program is generally expected to send one availability alert, plus any test or administrative messages you request.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out and stop future messages. Reply HELP for help.

- Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS consent is specific to this program. We do not send marketing texts through this Service. See our Privacy Policy for information about how mobile numbers and opt-in data are handled.
Third-party services
Ticket listings, ticketing links, communications delivery, and hosting may be provided by third parties. Bonding Ticket Alert does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, pricing, security, or practices. The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by the film festival, venue, or ticketing provider unless expressly stated otherwise.
No availability guarantee
Alerts may be delayed, filtered, undelivered, or inaccurate because of website changes, network failures, provider restrictions, or other circumstances. Tickets may sell out before an alert is received or acted upon. You remain responsible for verifying availability and completing any purchase directly with the ticket seller.
Disclaimer and limitation
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bonding Ticket Alert will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
Changes and termination
We may change, suspend, or end the Service or update these terms at any time. The effective date above will be updated when these terms change.
