Bonding Ticket Alert operates a small ticket-availability alert service (the “Service”). This policy explains the limited information the Service collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

- SMS opt-in records, consent status, and opt-out preferences.
- Basic message-delivery information, such as sent, delivered, or failed status.

We do not use the Service to collect payment-card information, precise location, advertising profiles, or sensitive personal information.
How we use information
We use this information only to:
- Monitor the requested public event page and send ticket-availability alerts.
- Prevent duplicate alerts and honor opt-out requests.
- Maintain security, diagnose failures, and meet legal or provider requirements.
SMS privacy
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent are not transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers such as communications and hosting vendors solely to operate the Service and deliver requested alerts. Those providers may process information only for those operational purposes.
Message frequency varies. This is a temporary, non-marketing alert program and is generally expected to send one ticket-availability alert, plus any test or administrative messages you specifically request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Retention
We retain contact information and alert status only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the temporary Service, honor opt-outs, resolve delivery issues, and satisfy applicable requirements. Our hosting and communications providers may retain limited service logs under their own policies and legal obligations.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect the limited information handled by the Service. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if the Service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when changes are made.
